Real food. Ingredients just picked and organic. Gluten free options available. Absolutely delicious, every visit is consistent. Portions are generous. There is a good wine and beer selection. Their house salad dressing is wonderful. Be sure to ask for your pizza with "no char" as they default to a little blackening in the crust, but are happy to adjust if you ask.
We attempted to go to Fresh on Thursday evening about 6pm .they were very busy, and we were told a 10-15min wait. No big deal :) so we waited and waited. The front desk girl was incredibly rude but whatever we heard they had good food and we wanted to try it. Eventually we decided to make a Togo order but the front desk girl wouldn't even give me eye contact to get her attention as she was too busy talking to others who were working there and folding silverware during this busy time . Anyways, we grabbed a Togo menu and decided we would go run an errand and call to make an order. Well we called and called and no one answered the phone and voicemail was full . Needless to say we didn't get to actually eat Fresh. We had another local pizza place instead who had great service .
Stopped here for Dinner in early June 2018. I had baked Eggplant and my partner had one of the Pizzas. Outstanding!! Staff was awesome, attentive helpful and friendly. had a table near the ovens and enjoyed watching the chef/artists" at work. Our favorite place to eat in Black Mountain
This place is great. Wonderful fresh pizzas on chewy, perfectly baked handmade crust. Decent selection of local brews & some wine. Efficient, functional service -- they were packed the evening I was there, & I still got my food fast. My favorite Black Mountain discovery.
Phenomenal pizza. I was very impressed with how delicious the food here is. If you get a salad, you've gotta try the creamy basil dressing!
