Even though Scrambled! Southern Diner only serves on kind of pancake—buttermilk—they still get an impressive crowd coming in to order them. That’s due, in part to the fact that everything here is mixed from scratch, and that the pancakes are served southern-style—grilled in butter and topped with even more butter, plus maple syrup.
